How Gordon Chiropractic Can Help?
I use a unique combination of the Gonstead System of chiropractic, Trigenics myoneural medicine and exercise physiology.
The system works by utilising the bodys natural healing mechanisms, to reset the way the brain communicates with the body. This system is completely natural and gentle. It does not use any medication or surgery, it is completely hand ons.
The system involves very specific chiropractic adjustments to remove subluxations (disfunctional areas of the nervous system), release of muscle points and highly individual exercises protocols.
